Project Brief

Create a non-profit organization to help individuals with period poverty in North America and Africa. The project will deliver a brand manual and a kit package.

Target

Individuals who menstruate and lack access to menstrual products and education. This audience spans diverse demographics in North America and Africa, including Young Women and Girls, particularly in underserved communities, and Low-Income Families, where access to essential menstrual products may be limited.

Rationale

The primary goal of this project is to establish a strong and impactful brand identity. The aim is to provide safe access to menstrual products and education for those in need. The brand uses inviting colors and imagery that create a sense of inclusivity and approachability. This helps to ensure that the organization is seen as a supportive ally rather than just a service provider. I also wanted the brand colours to stand out from other brands that primarily use red and pink. The imagery is inclusive so that it represents diverse individuals to foster a sense of community and belonging.
